Once purchase is received, with payment as confirmation, your order is processed immediately to our team of tailors – where your item is in stock, and no customisations are requested, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of order being processed. For orders with items that are made to order, or require customisations, please allow 6 – 10 business days prior to dispatch of your item/s.
You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has been received and placed, also letting you know if your item is in stock, or being made to order. Please ensure to check your spam/ junk folder if you do not receive this within the day of order placement, and ensure you enter correct details of your email to allow for us to reach you.
When your item is marked as shipped, you can expect delivery within 6 - 10 business days, dependant on location. All shipments are sent via DHL registered tracking and tracking number will be sent to your email. If your automated shipping notification is sent after 2PM AEST it will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please note tracking details do take a little while to become active, so please check in later that day or the following day for updated tracking information.
