At The Bali Tailor we value each and every one of our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Where you find your order is not quite right when you receive it, and need to change sizing, style or otherwise, the below options are available to you.

To Make A Return

To return an item simply follow the steps on our Return Portal here.

Please ensure that your order complies with our return policy below, and you are within the 14 day return period.

Returns Policy

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, to be eligible for a store credit or refund. We require a proof of purchase for your order, and item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and include original packaging, including the tote bag your order arrived in.

Please note, we do not offer returns on any sale / discounted items or orders using promotional discounts, excluding that of your ‘welcome’ discount, which is eligible for return. All sale items are final sale.

Please allow 4 - 7 days from receipt of your return to our Sydney Head Office, for our Customer Service team to process and approve your return request. Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate this with you directly via email, and you will be liable for any return shipping of the goods back to you.

Store Credit

We offer store credits at no return cost to you. A Store Credit is valid for 12 months from receipt of your credit note, and available on all full priced items, returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Store credits amounts are processed in full.

Refunds

We now offer refunds on full priced items, allowing you peace of mind when shopping with us. Once your refund request is approved, a refund will be processed in full for the value of the item(s), via original payment method, minus the shipping costs associated with your order.

Please note refunds will be processed via original method of purchase, and we are unable to change card numbers, or refund via a different method or to a different person. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards, store credits or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Please note: For International orders outside of Australia will need to arrange your own return shipping. When returning an item, we advise using a trackable shipping service, as we, The Bali Tailor, are not liable for any lost packages.
