Kindly try on your new shoes indoors to ensure they are the correct size, before wearing outdoors.
For orders placed in Australia or New Zealand, where your item is in stock, your order will be sent from our Northern NSW Head Office, via Australia Post. For orders placed before 10am AEDT, we endeavour to have these processed and shipped within the same business day.
Our 'Handmade to order' styles, are handmade for you within 10-12 days of order being placed and are dispatched from our Bali HQ. An email notification will be sent to you, to update you with shipment tracking details on dispatch.
International orders are sent via DHL registered express post for a flat rate of $49 and can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only - we are unable to ship to a PO BOX.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, to be eligible for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We require a proof of purchase for your order, and item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and include original packaging, including the tote bag your order arrived in.
