We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. On the rare occasion, if you have received an incorrect item or an item with a defect or fault, please email us as soon as possible to let us know: hello@thebalitailor.com
We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip where possible.
Our team will then work with you to resolve this. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, with a manufacturing fault, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 4 weeks of your purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care, are not considered to be faulty.
