We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. On the rare occasion, if you have received an incorrect item or an item with a defect or fault, please email us as soon as possible to let us know: email@example.com
We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip where possible.
Our team will then work with you to resolve this. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, with a manufacturing fault, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care, are not considered to be faulty.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for some reason your purchase is not quite right, or for change of mind purchases, we will happily accept return of your item for an exchange or store credit only.
Where your request for return is due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs involved in return of your item, including that of shipping the new exchanged item to you.
Purchases made during SALE PERIODS or with a SALES PROMO CODE, are not eligible for exchange/ credit under any circumstance, unless approved with our CS team.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
